Neste: safe construction at a notably high level

Neste is working hard on its renewable fuel plant, set to be completed by 2026. Algeco Provides temporary housing and facilities for construction workers.

A Remarkable Example of Collaboration


The Neste project is a true giant among our projects in terms of scale, complexity, and duration. This project highlights the strength of the partnership between Algeco Bouw & Winkels and Algeco Modular. For the construction of the renewable energy plant, we successfully delivered over 500 fully equipped units (9,000 m²). These units include offices, first aid stations, cafeterias, sanitary facilities, changing rooms, and training spaces. Additionally, we developed reinforced units to ensure the highest safety standards in case of an explosion.

Algeco provides more than just temporary units; we also handle complete project management. Our goal is to deliver a seamless experience for our clients, meeting stringent safety standards, project timelines, and budget constraints. We manage all necessary protocols and maintenance, allowing Neste to focus on its core project without concerns about housing the thousands of international workers.

Algeco Bouw & Winkels

At Algeco Bouw & WInkels, our team has developed a large temporary warehouse using the Variant Hall system, covering an impressive 4,500 square meters. This storage solution is fully equipped with LED lighting, energy-efficient cooling and heating, and advanced warehouse and pallet racks. Additionally, a fully furnished office for the warehouse manager is integrated within the space.
Like our modular units, these Variant Halls can be dismantled and repurposed for future storage needs, offering a flexible and sustainable solution for any project.
